Emily Bett Rickards was born in July of 1991. She is an Canadian actor best known as Felicity on The CW's television show Arrow. Rickards lived within British Columbia. Her acting career began from a young age, studying musical theatre, dance and various forms of entertainment. Her high school graduation was early and attended the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials Program.
