Torres, a Puerto Rican actress, was born on May 18th, 1971. Her fame is due to
her role in a variety of soaps and dramas from Mexico and Puerto Rico. She is
currently the host of the Telemundo morning show Hoy Dia. She is also a Latina
ambassador for WW which was previously Weight Watchers. Adamari is the daughter
of Luis Lopez, an undertaker started her professional career as a host when she
was just six years old on the Telemundo Canal 2 productions of Cristina Bazan's
soap-opera. The show was hosted by Johanna Rosaly, a legendary Puerto Rican
actress, and Jose Luis Rodriguez El Puma who is a Venezuelan singer. Her talent
was an indication of a potential superstar. WAPA-TV picked her to portray Iris
Chacon's as well as Daniel Guerrero's daughter in Yo se que mentia. The role of
a young actor in the film was pivotal and she quickly became an international
star. In 1983, Lopez appeared on a short, two-chapter appearance in Vivir Para
Ti. After the show, Lopez made the decision to dedicate herself to her studies.
She holds an B.A. She has an B.A. in communication from the University of the
Sacred Heart. Then she returned to Puerto Rico at the age of adulthood and was
a part of productions in the Teatro Tapia, San Juan’s most famous and oldest
theater. The play caught the attention of Mexican producers. After being
requested by producers to travel to Mexico and then Mexico again , and was an
international star in Mexico. She was a part of numerous soap operas that were top-rated,
like Camila as well as Amigas y Rivales, which is a huge hit in the country.
Lopez was also a participant in Mujer, Casos De la Vida Real in which she
played the victim of rape, who later turned out to be an openly gay. Lopez was
also the spouse of Luis Fonsi, a Puerto Rican singer who became a superstar.
